i placed an order during the promotion period, next day they canceled it ,although it was paid....i called the call center they recommended to make a complaint. But they don't get it , when they canceled my order i missed the promotion, and they missed me as regular client

last month I have ordered till now I haven't received the delivery and there is no proper customer service or a working contact number. so people planing to buy, buy in-store buying online seems to be a really bad idea.

perfums are amazing and price is good. but mobile app slow. and shipping is very slow as well.
