Excellent customer support. The app was glitching so badly and they contacted me and kept checking in until the problem was solved. I'm really satisfied with the service and the app is working now.

The app is not updated and when we order something some branches told us it is not available and they are still in the system by mistake. That happened a lot with me specially in the New Cairo and Nasir City area.

the service is very disappointing and time wasting , orders take more than 6 hours to be delivered. I complained several times through your hotline, and there was no action from your side.
