can never get it to fully load on my phone. I can pull up the cameras on my phone but once I click on the individual camera to see, it doesn't load and then says, list connection. i also can't get it to rewind the video to see what happened prior to live because it always times out and loses connection. very frustrating when you are away and can't view it when something happens. can only view it in person on the main monitor 😔

Poor performance for an App that's part of a global leader in CCTV... can no longer differentiate between motion and regular recording. Entire time-line shows "red", as if it's all motion. Camera station works fine..showing blue, and red when there's motion. Android and iPhone app both have this issue. Completely unacceptable for a company with millions of dollars in resources. In addition, constantly disconnects with "an unknown error has occurred" on live. Get it together, or become obsolete.

Thanks for your report! This is a temporary bug at the moment and will be addressed in the upcoming 5.42 version of ACS. A temporary workaround would be to set the continuous and event recording to record on different profiles.

Used to be great, but now they are forcing a paid subscription, by shutting down remote access. they've changed your monthly data to 0gb per month, with the hope you'll upgrade. This is ridiculous, I'll never buy equipment from them again.
