Fix your app I don't know why its soo inconsistent I can't even IP a camera because it won't show up. Please do a major overhaul and make it like it was before this new OS sucks. I need every camera to show up to configure every single time no if ands or buts if it doesn't work why even bother making it? fix it ASAP I'd give negative stars if I could honestly its more trouble using the app then just using a computer ridiculous....

takes about half an hour to view just one camera because the networking aspect is so slow. data sharing is not optional and in diagnostics, if you turn it off, it turns itself back on. if I had any other choice, I would burn every axis product I have.

I'm through good 10 minutes of setting up some Fort Knox grade security access verification, stuck on 'no organizations found' unable to progress, and not a step closer to configuring the camera sitting on my desk, plugged into my LAN. You made it so secure NOBODY can access it, including legit customers.
