FCU processes are spread across multiple LOS / flow systems based on product or sourcing type (e.g., IBPS, IBPS New, MLP, Agri LOS, Servosys, Insight), leading to operational silos. Case details & documents are manually shared with vendors via the Uniken portal (SFTP), & additional verifications are conducted manually using external tools like Pehchan etc. Verification outputs are manually collected, reviewed by FCU managers, and uploaded into the system with status updates. The lack of integration and automation limits scalability and results in delays and redundant efforts.
Proposed solution -
Multiple LOS will be integrated with the FCU Workflow Manager on SFDC, enabling centralized operations.
Allocation logic will be developed for system-based handling of cases at different user level.
Case allocation to agencies will be done via SFDC. This will help in real time tracking of cases and TAT reduction.
Agencies will assign cases to field verifiers through a mobile app & verification report will flow back into SFDC.
Data will be fetched using APIs where available, and OCR will extract information from documents.
All collected data via documents, APIs, etc. will be automatically triangulated to ensure accuracy and consistency.
MIS and other backend activities will also be handled through SFDC.
