Working fine now . It's good that now upi also can be done through this app. Because axis upi app doesnt work for me..it never verify my mobile number. So it's quite good. One thing i want to know that can I get 50 rs Cashback if I do upi transaction from this app only..do reply I am waiting Thanks
App is good for making NEFT transactions, bill payments. But beneficiary added earlier, now unable to delete. Error message is always showing as "Unable to process your request. Please try again later" Been trying from past several days. Still the problem persists. Can something be done to fix this bug ?
I used this app for long times and faced too many issues as 1. Always facing slow and app shows No internet connection. Even when I am using 4G network. 2. MPin is Very bad system. Only Six digit put for log on system. Why not take high security password to log on? I think this app may be help a hacker to hack bank account very easy.
When I wanted to recharge my mobile it said THIS RECHARGE IS NOT SUCCESSFUL AND THE AMOUNT WILL BE ADDED TO THE ACCOUNT. Bt till now I haven't received my Cash Back yet. There's not even an option of complaining about it in the app! What the hell
Waste. I tried login after installing the app. It says select the sim to send SMS. I have selected a sim which is my registered mobile number of an axis accounts. By proceeding this sends an SMS which cost 1.50 RS. After the message delivered, it asked me to fill a form with basic personal details. After filling, the next page has the mpin creation. After mpin creation, I can see that it is logged in. But it says no account and if I need I can apply for a new account in axis. Why the hell I should apply for an account while I'm having one. I tried de-register and tried the same as mentioned before. But waste of money.
Unable to login to app saying account is locked. Entered internet banking credentials but still did not work. Telephone banking did not help. Visited the bank, even they did not help. M sick and tired of this app now. Edited: I've done that already. Have visited the branch, spoken to customer care on call and on emails. Sent screenshots as well. Its been 4 years now and yet the problem remains unsolved. With all that, the bank promotes the customer to use the mobile app when the customer cannot use the mobile app thanks to the bug in the bank's system.
