Ratings and reviews

Major privacy and safety flaws. First, it auto-pastes from your clipboard on launch without permission! Second, it retains the last transfer amount when selecting a payee instead of defaulting to $0 - a huge financial accident waiting to happen. Third, payee nicknames are useless because you can't search by them. Finally, it's riddled with popups and an endless tutorial loop that appears even if skipped/completed. A banking app should be secure, not a buggy maze. Fix immediately.

I have been trying to activate mobile banking on this app for 6 days now. It's been a nightmare to say the least. And I haven't been successful in activating thus far. 1. For the first 5 days, entering my registered mobile number after automatic activation was unsuccessful resulted in a message that said we will get in touch with you shortly. No one contacted. 2. Today, I get the OTP once but logging in via login credentials or debit card details results in an error about technical difficulties.

Utterly useless. It does not have basic features such viewing all your last 50 credit card transactions. Navigation within the app is confusing. If I only see what is my transaction limit in the app, then I don't need the app because I already know that from mobile notifications. Learn something from the other bank mobile apps. Don't say you regret my inconvenience. The regular BS everyone tells without any meaning.
