app is good and user friendly... but i have some issues with the credit card section in the app.. it never shows the live amount, in my case i have paid my last bill but still it shows some invalid amount... i have reported this issue to customer care many times and they ended up with sending my outstanding amount to me... if you guys are Not able to provide up to date information to customers, then remove those fields from the app.. there is no use for the 4 5 fields if they are not up to date.. if the updation issue is fixed i'll re rate my review and will give 5 star
Everything is good about this app. Just wanted one feature to be re-instated which is now removed. Previously we can see Credit/Debit in all statements whether it is saving account or credit card. But now, only the amount can be seen, there is no measure to recognize that amount is credited or debited from the account.
Worst app and worst customer service. After the update my app do not show show my account. It's asking me I don't have an account and start a new account. Informed the customer service team and they repeatedly telling to uninstall the app and reinstall. I have done that more than 10 times. Still the issue is same. The agent also seems to be very useless. Bye bye Axis Bank
Worst app. It is not even addressing basic purpose of mobile banking. Why the accounts are not visible. Can't they check basics in an app update. Not happy with new version. Hope, they recall new version and restore old version. I have been waiting for a response from axis Bank team. Till now, they have not responded except call log. If their SLA for priority customers is 48 hrs... I really doubt.
Biggest bug. You guys have made this app with experience developers or with college students at their final project? Everytime I try to open the app it says your account relationship has been change. Please onboard again. Everytime it sending sms. As per my knowledge sms is chargable. After login when I am trying to see my credit card statement details I need to update my credit card details. When this issue will be fixed. You guys are sleeping?
BUG BUG BUG... In the latest update every time when I tried to login 1.50 Rs deducting (SMS cost)... Not sure how many time we have to authenticate our self.. is that a bug? OR doing intensionally??? Not sure.. Requesting you to please rectify this issue otherwise people may stop using it and block axis accounts....!
