i have s24 ultra when I get a notification , click it app doesn't start it just blackout must uninstall it then install it again to startup normally

The video player is very bad on both the website and on the app. It takes forever to buffer especially when I seek to the middle of the video. Pluse I can't watch the video in full screen mode on the android app.
