AYA is designed to track women's health in a single app. No matter what stage of life you're in, you choose the mode that suits you, and the app adapts accordingly.
MODE SELECTION BY LIFE STAGE
• Menstruation and cycle tracking — period dates, cycle patterns, symptoms
• Trying to conceive — estimated fertile days and cycle signals
• Pregnant — pregnancy week, symptoms, weekly content
• Postpartum / puerperium — recovery, breastfeeding, sleep, and baby tracking
• Menopause — symptoms, daily routines, and process tracking
• Using birth control pills — pill reminder, stock, and symptom tracking
Your existing data is not deleted when you change modes; you can revert to them at any time.
DAILY TRACKING
• Symptom, mood, and personal note log
• Calendar view of menstruation, estimated ovulation, and fertile days
• Medication, appointment, water intake, and daily log reminders
• At-a-glance summary with home screen widgets
• Monthly log summary and cycle history
• Option to hide fertile days
AYA PRO (optional subscription)
• Detailed personal reports and PDF export
• Symptom and mood trends
• Simple summary reports to share with your doctor
• Report history
• All written and video content, doctor-approved guides
• Recommendations based on symptoms and cycle phase
• Expert feedback with 1 question per month
• Partner mode and secure sharing
Monthly and annual plans are available. Pricing and conditions are shown in the app before purchase; you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play account.
PRIVACY AND DATA
You can view, export, or permanently delete your data from within the app. You can request the deletion of your account and all your data from within the application.
