I signed up using my mobile number and it said it was invalid, which I later found out was because I had already signed up with my FB before and it has my mobile number too. The error message was very confusing. As a user, it gave a very bad user experience which almost made me give up in using your app. Next is that it crashes, A LOT. The parking voucher part is quite confusing too, as when I just want to read the details, clicking it immediately redeems it and there's even a 5-minute timer.

It forces you to register to use the app. I just want to see what shops there are and their times without having to register. I don't care about special offers, promotions. Imagine using an old phonebook and they say "sorry, unless you're registered with us, you can't use the phonebook"... How ridiculous would that be? Why should an app be any different?

A user cannot check participating locations before claiming vouchers. Once redeemed, there is misleading information when it comes to locations where one can claim rewards. It's such a disappointment to approach the merchant only to be told that the voucher is invalid even when they are included on the list. I've had email exchanges with Giftaway support which Zing uses, but the concern remains unresolved.
