The "NuviCor RLX" application and device is designed to effectively overcome hypertonus of facial muscles, primarily hypertonus of the masticatory muscles.

The application works in conjunction with an electronic device that has sensors to record objective parameters of muscle tension in real time - electromyogram (EMG). The method is based on autogenic relaxation with motivational biofeedback. After 20 to 30 sessions, you will get deep and, most importantly, long-term muscle relaxation measured in months. The reason NuviCor RLX is so effective is because it targets the cause of the problem, not its external manifestations.

The training procedure does not involve conscious or volitional effort and is implemented through a method known in science as operant conditioning (B.F. Skinner). Practically, the training procedure consists of watching a movie that the user chooses himself. The movie screen is periodically turned on and off synchronously with spontaneous fluctuations of muscle tone. This kind of encouragement and "punishment" allows the brain to select its internal states associated with encouragement and, as a result, to minimize muscle tone. Gradually, as this training continues, the brain structures that control muscle tone reorganize their own work, which relieves the muscles of hypertonus.

Since these processes in the brain are associated with reorganization of the structure of interneuron connections and biochemical changes, the achieved relaxation effect has a long-term character.

It takes 30 sessions of 20 minutes each to achieve a reliable result confirmed by objective measurement. You can have two sessions a day and in just two weeks you will achieve deep and lasting muscle relaxation.
