About this app

**MonDesk – Multi-Server Monitoring for System Administrators**

MonDesk is a professional server monitoring client for Android that gives you a unified dashboard for all your BackendSideMon-powered servers. Whether you manage one server or dozens, MonDesk puts critical system health information in your pocket.

**Add and Manage Multiple Servers**

Connect to as many BackendSideMon instances as you need. Each server gets its own card on the home screen showing live status at a glance — online or offline, current CPU, RAM, and disk usage, running process count, and a 24-hour failed login count. Credentials are stored securely on your device using AES-256-GCM encryption backed by the Android Keystore.

---

**Real-Time Resource Monitoring**

Drill into any server to see a full resource dashboard:

- CPU, RAM, and disk usage with color-coded progress bars (green → orange → red as usage climbs)
- Historical usage chart showing CPU, RAM, and disk trends over time
- Live network and disk I/O throughput
- Full system snapshot summary including process count, open ports, active connections, and firewall rule counts

**Process Inspector**

Browse every running process on the server with searchable, filterable results. See process name, PID, executable path, memory usage, peak memory, architecture (x86/x64), and whether the process is system-protected.

**Network Monitor**

Two views in one tab:

- **Listening Ports** — all ports the server is actively listening on, with the owning process and protocol
- **Active Connections** — every TCP/UDP connection, with source and destination addresses, ports, state, and the process responsible

**Firewall Rules**

Review the Windows Firewall rule (setup by BackendSideMon) set for any server. Filter by ALLOW or BLOCK, and see rule names, protocols, port ranges, and addresses at a glance. Rules added by BackendSideMon are clearly identified.

**Security Events**

Track failed login attempts (Windows Event 4625) with timestamps, target usernames, source IP addresses, logon type, and whether the attempt originated remotely. Paginated so you can dig back as far as your server retains logs.

**Configurable Alerts and Push Notifications**

Set per-server alert thresholds for CPU, RAM, disk usage, and failed login count. MonDesk checks your servers in the background every 15 minutes and sends a push notification the moment any threshold is crossed. A built-in cooldown prevents notification spam, and alerts can be individually enabled or disabled per server.

**Built for Real Infrastructure**

- Supports both HTTP and HTTPS connections
- Accepts self-signed certificates — no need to purchase a certificate just to use the app on your private network
- Session-based authentication with automatic re-login on session expiry
- Works across local networks, VPNs, and the public internet

**Privacy First**

MonDesk communicates only with the servers you add. No data is sent to the developer or any third party. No analytics. No ads. No accounts required.

*Requires BackendSideMon to be installed and running on the servers you want to monitor.*
