This app is buggy. It would not let me sign-in to my account. Instead, I had to log-in on the web to make a payment arrangement, which I did successfully. After I was done on the CalWater site and a confirmation email was received, I re-tried the app and was able to sign-in. The app states that my account is paid in full, when I have an outstanding balance. And it offers no information whatsoever about my payment arrangement. So, what's that again about "enhanced support"? This app was completely useless in serving me and provided insufficient and extremely inaccurate information.

Thanks for your review. We'll look into your sign-in problem. Payment arrangement requests may take some time to be approved. If you continue to see the wrong outstanding balance, please contact your local customer support center who will check your account.

It's about time Cal Water has an app. Downloaded the app, signed-in, and paid my bill with no problems. App does not require you to re-enter payment information if you were previously paying through the website. California Water Service is a horrible company that charges exorbitant rates and if I had any choice I would not use their services. They're the PG&E of water companies.

App crashes, won't load. In order to see/pay my bill, I have to use their site. I was hoping for a more convenient way to do this since I get emails every single time I log into their site.
