Who can use the app:

EyeOnWater is available to customers of supported utilities. Enter your water account number and zip code after downloading the app to see if your water utility is supported.

Water usage information is provided by your utility through BEACON Customer Engagement, a service from Badger Meter, Inc. Please note that not all water companies offer EyeOnWater. Additionally, if your utility offers EyeOnWater but your specific account cannot be found, contact your water utility’s customer service for assistance or to request that your account be added.

App hasn't been showing any usage since July 2022. What is the point of having an app to check your meter...if the app isn't working?! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still doesn't work. I actually like being able to track and monitor my household's water usage. I also like knowing if there is a leak so I don't get hit with a huge water bill and the leak can be found and fixed. Pointless app at this point unless it is fixed.

UPDATE: The app has compleyely stopped working for me from late August onwards. Provided feedback/ seeking support from the app owners twice now, both instances have been completely ignored. If I paid for this app, I'd ask for a refund. I'd give it less than 1 star if I could. Works great for say 5 to 6 hours (of live monitoring), then stops for 10 or more hours. It's hardly a reliable method of checking usage in real time over a full 24 hour period. Also "live" is often 2 or more hours ago. 😕

Adequate, but needs work. It has shown zero daily usage for months, which obviously isn't accurate. Today I read another review that reported the same problem, and that it was fixed by clearing the app's data and cache. I tried that, and sure enough, it now works. However, it no longer has any of the historical data from prior to July 2023 - that was when the city replaced my water meter with a new one. Before I cleared the app cache and data today, it did have information for both meters.
