Who can use the app:

EyeOnWater is available to customers of supported utilities. Enter your water account number and zip code after downloading the app to see if your water utility is supported.

Water usage information is provided by your utility through BEACON Customer Engagement, a service from Badger Meter, Inc. Please note that not all water companies offer EyeOnWater. Additionally, if your utility offers EyeOnWater but your specific account cannot be found, contact your water utility’s customer service for assistance or to request that your account be added.

I recently installed and I like it a lot. My hose started leaking and I received notification of a leak. It would be nice if it were real-time, I would like to see how much water I'm using while watering the grass, but the data is within a few hours. I like the graph and would like to suggest in addition a table listing the data per day, week, month. This way I don't have to select each day and time on the graph. I must say I appreciate no ads.

App hasn't been showing any usage since July 2022. What is the point of having an app to check your meter...if the app isn't working?! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still doesn't work. I actually like being able to track and monitor my household's water usage. I also like knowing if there is a leak so I don't get hit with a huge water bill and the leak can be found and fixed. Pointless app at this point unless it is fixed.

This app is good, but it won't send you a notification if you have a leak. I had a leak for a month and never knew because I don't tend to check the app regularly. It seems like a notification system would be an easy feature to add. Edit to add: Apparently notifications DO exist. But you have to sign up for them on the website. You cannot do it from the app. Learn from my mistake!
