So far so good. The app is easy to use but clicking down bottom options like find transfer, bill payment may not respond most of the time which requires to click multiple times to get responses or you need to click the right spot (that's what she...) Maybe be due to the button is too close to the bottom edge of the screen. Definitely need to redesign those bottom side of the app. Other than that good job.

Poorly made banking app.. Installed & registered, followed all instructions, was asked to create a new password, did so but then was asked to include symbols as well, accidentally pressed back and tried to re-register.. keeps telling that the account is registered already. Tried to Sign in with last inputed password and user ID, but failed, tried a few times.. asked to use forgot/reset password option but this is not available even after trying a few times.. then suddenly account locked, boooo

I used the app for overseas transfer and it took me more than 2 weeks (17/03 - 1/4) to reach and in the middle of my frustration, the customer service told me that the money bounced and will be returned back. Sooooo not happy! Modern looking app, but still manual on the backend. I think WU is better, time wise and rate wise for overseas transfer. NEVER use the app for overseas transfer. Just use it to check yr bank account. That's it.
