So far so good. The app is easy to use but clicking down bottom options like find transfer, bill payment may not respond most of the time which requires to click multiple times to get responses or you need to click the right spot (that's what she...) Maybe be due to the button is too close to the bottom edge of the screen. Definitely need to redesign those bottom side of the app. Other than that good job.

Poorly made banking app.. Installed & registered, followed all instructions, was asked to create a new password, did so but then was asked to include symbols as well, accidentally pressed back and tried to re-register.. keeps telling that the account is registered already. Tried to Sign in with last inputed password and user ID, but failed, tried a few times.. asked to use forgot/reset password option but this is not available even after trying a few times.. then suddenly account locked, boooo

once login one time, when want to login in again. It will back to the page "information- sorry we unable to process your request. Please try again sometime" when click "back" its nothing. Problem is, i not even went to the first page of login in and this appear. Everytime have to clear data, uninstall the app and reinstall. It's still fall under that "error information", It's really bothering/inconvenient.Please improve the apps asap. Even the pc login in website is inconvienient.
