Was about to transfer period logs from another app. Changed my mind when I realised I had to log every single day, one at a time. This would be so much simpler if I could just add a period as a start and finish date (like the period tracker app I was about to leave). As I don't have the time or patience to add this historical date I am going to uninstall this app and stick with the basic tracker that is much more simple and user friendly. Shame this has never been fixed

The Balance app is a life saver. Full of useful information. it reduces the feeling you have of feeling like you are alone with the symptoms of the peri menopause and menopause. It's really useful to record your symptoms on the app as well. so glad I've found it

So reassuring and empowering. Spreading the app far and wide like wild fire. Being open to talk about menopause has changed the impact fear is having with all these strange symptoms I experience. The sense of not feeling able to cope, overwhelmed and on the worst days that I was actually dying. (I have nightmares I can't wake up from and reassure myself "just a bad dream" like in hormone bathed brain times). I'm equipped with valuable knowledge and determined to push for the right treatment.
