Balance on Demand helps you develop nutritious meal plans to achieve your health goals, whether that means losing some weight or adding muscle mass. After providing some information around your body metrics, lifestyle, and dietary preferences, the app calculates your daily caloric intake and macronutrient percentages that will be used to generate each week's meal plan. Then each week you'll get a new set of meals that match your profile, with as much or as little variety as you want. You can also view a grocery list of all ingredients for the week to make your shopping trip a bit more efficient, plus view a checklist of meal preparation steps if you prefer to make everything at once.

This app is great and super helpful in terms of meal planning! They start you off on a 7 day free trial, but then you'd have to pay $5 a month for the service. I think this is a great deal honestly! The app offers a huge variety of meals and snacks that seems almost endless. It's also great that they have meal plans for people trying to stick to the 1200 calories a day diet as well. Everything is customizable! They also give you a list of everything you'd need to purchase at the store as well!

Took my sub money but never activated my account reached out to the developer by email 3 times and got no reply. Asked Google support for a refund but was told that once the automated system made a decision they could not fix it COMPLETE BS DONT PAY FOR SUB.

I would really like to use this app, but it glitches every time I try to fill out my information. Can't even sign up. Not paying $5 a month for an app that doesn't work.
