Due to my own mistake in signing up for the premium service, I inadvertently signed up to pay monthly rather than the money saving yearly subscription. I reached out to see if this could be corrected or not. I heard back directly from the creator, and not only did he fix the issue, he was very kind and great to work with. Thank you, Jared. This is a great app and very helpful in managing bill paying. I love not having to rely on a checkbook register anymore. I definitely recommend this app

Not the best interface but not the worst. Should be easier to enter transactions than it is. Nothing is saved for easier entry for future line items. Final straw was when I discovered I would enter transactions and the total wouldn't change. App is actively unhelpful at that point so I uninstalled.

I am so glad I came across this app, it is amazing and does everything I need it to do! Really glad I didn't go with the apps where they would have charged me monthly and they weren't as user friendly neither had as many options as this app offers! I love Balance Pro
