updated 4/2/26. extremely disappointed with the app, and now their payment demands. a major region for purchasing the Wi-Fi unit was to have the access when I was not at my home. Try improving the functionality of the app, and it might be worth something. Exploring options to get VPN going. Very limited functionality. Was hoping to see notifications (high low-point notification, diagnostic alerts. Would have thought this would be extension of the touch screen. Love to see some updates.

It works, kind of. It connects locally(when your device is connected to the same network as the spa) about 25% of the time. And connects remotely(when you're away from home) about 10% of the time. When it does connect, it's only for a few seconds, 10 seconds at most. For me, its enough time to turn the temp up or down. But I have to do it 3 or 4 times because the temp setting dial is terrible. If there is another app I can use to connect to my spa, please let me know!!!

Really not a good app. Constant disconnects, half the time icons don't show accurate status, and why in the world would it not show the temp you set it to, only current temp? Please hire someone better to fix up this app. 10/25: updating rating. App is more stable, and while it does often disconnect it does work. One thing I'd love to see built in is scheduling to be able to have temp go up for example at 6pm and back to a lower temp at 10pm.
