Ratings and reviews

The app is very confusing and illogical, with far too few features compared to what the watch itself is capable of. Honestly, I'm very disappointed and I'll be returning the watch. Also, random alarms keep going off even though I never set them, and I have no way to turn them off. I don't understand how this was designed. There should be an option in the app to disable these random alarms. Everything could have been much more organized, intuitive, and easier to understand.

I don't want to keep getting reminders about how many steps I've done and as far as I can tell there's no way of stopping these notifications without disconnecting my phone from the smart watch. I didn't buy the watch for nagging health advice but other features and the customer services chat doesn't seem to be working. So far mixed feelings about making the purchase.

app keeps loosing contact with watch i thought my watch was faulty but no its the app have to keep re connecting Bluetooth too very annoying
