This app is TERRIBLE. In 2025, for a billion $ company this app should run flawlessly, or at least be up to par with the speed of majority of apps these days! It is SO SLOW. Like excruciatingly slow to load. I click to open & it stays on a blank screen for at least 15-20 seconds (I've counted). Then if you click anything, it has extreme lag & will take another 20 secs. The sad thing is that it's been this way for at least 2 years, even through tons of updates. They should really figure it out.

This app is terrible. It doesn't allow you to view any of your pets actual information. I've read many reviews on Google play all saying similar. the responses about reaching out to tech support/calling the phone number are clearly not getting anyone anywhere. The entire database needs an overhaul so people can see their pet's information without having to call into the office where the staff is more than likely quite busy.

The app is fine for a while, then they update it and somehow break almost every function. Can't use Pet Chat because the typing box is hidden behind my phone's navigation button. Extreme lag, difficult to log in, etc. Also, the appointments available aren't actually real, the office you book with may or may not actually have an appointment for that time, so they sometimes have to move it and don't always tell you outright. Developers - please just make a stable version and LEAVE IT ALONE.
