Would like the main transaction page to show the merchants name, so much of the information listed is not useful to us, the user / customer. Yes, we can open each item to see who the merchant is but that takes more time. Thank You for asking!

App ok ,however when using mobile deposits there are consistent errors.Repeated attempts needed for the same check before deposit is accepted. Almost every time I use the app. Oviously there is something wrong. No other bank's app I use does this. Multiple times I went to bank afterwards to deposit checks. Negating convenience of using app in the first place. I have spent 20 minutes attempting to put check in my account. I do like other features.

After an update my information is no longer saved for my login. I don't recall what it was and every attempt is met with a message that says 'error application is no longer available ' and then asks me to contact the bank. But gives no information on a email/phone number I can reach out to.
