The app works, but a lot of the screen is taken up with them asking you to put all your accounts through them, I think it's a bad idea to let them see everything in other accounts. Customer service is terrible, when there is a problem there are no grown ups to discuss anything, you have to call head office and security is messy and slow, very tedious. They only speak your language to open your account, after that they are very nonchalant. Apparently I need a new phone pin which is in the post 🙏

Worst ever banking app. Terrible layout. Not intuitive at all. Missing thousand options all banking apps provide. If you are happy just checking balance it's perfect. If not, just stay away.

Tha app and the bank cannot provide a simple breakdown of categorize monthly spend. If you want to get an idea of what you spent the most last month, you want be able to. Cuz you won't be able to see categorized breakdown with grocery clothes or something else. You will see only a monthly statement and this is in the 2023 year.
