About this app

The Avant Money app will help you manage your credit card on the go. Our secure app allows you to approve online purchases, receive transaction alerts when your card gets used, and much more.

App features
• Keep on top of your spending with our card spending control features and choose the alerts you want to receive. Our card features will enable you to receive alerts for spend amounts over a certain value, get alerts when your card is used in various locations, like an ATM, or if your card is used to spend abroad.
• Make shopping online even more secure by approving or declining your purchases in-app by simply presenting your Fingerprint, Face or entering your 4-digit app login passcode.
• Make a payment to your account with a debit card
• View your transactions and transaction details.
• View and download your statements.

Getting started
It’s quick and easy.
Existing Avant Money customers will need:
• Your existing Avant Money username and password that you currently use to access your account on my.avantmoney.ie.
• Register your mobile, we’ll send an SMS to your phone to confirm it’s you.
• Create a 4-digit login passcode and choose to use your Fingerprint or Face as a secure alternate login method.

New to Avant Money?
• Once we send you your card and account details, visit my.avantmoney.ie and register your details online. You’ll need to create a username and password and then you will be able to set-up the Avant Money app on your phone.
• Register your mobile, create a 4-digit login passcode and choose to use your Fingerprint or Face as a secure alternate login method.

Supported devices
• Fingerprint or Face logon requires a compatible mobile running Android 6.0 or higher.

Irish Staff are great, when contactable by phone (phone support seems to be a fairly limited hours service !). The App is limited, but slowly improving - it lacks a few basic features (replace card, add a card user, request credit limit increase, notify travel plans / out of country transaction etc). Some recent additions like approve payment and GooglePay, are welcome, and give hope for the future development of the app.

Regularly freezes and says payments are denied ! When i look at my bank account, payment has been taken, and eventually appear on Avant money app. It has improved slightly recently!

Works well, great to get notifications when purchases are made. Initially app didn't work after update kept saying i didn't have a connection. Following a request from Avant money to try to login again everything is working fine.
