If there were options to give a blank star rating, i would have gladly done it. The promise of getting incentives after referring friends is a point blank lie. The supposed bloomm assistant is an automated service that keep refering me to an error site. For some days ive experienced that transactions made shows sent on the app with the said amount deducted but the reciepient won't get the money. I tried to send a mail, but I've gotten any response. This app shows high risk to execute transaction

I just started using this wallet and honest I don't know what I expected but they didn't disappoint, but there something I would like to see changed in the nearest future. The patter lock, it not private like I can't hide it from someone close to me, I would advise that it should be changed to fingerprint or the pattern lock should be invisible

Classic genuine application fast transaction and simple to use. But the only issue I'm face in this app is I need to upgrade my account but when i upload my NIN number he said error verifying what does this mean?
