HORRIBLE!!!!!! I don't know why it is so hard for Bankwell to create a user friendly app. The old app was terrible and this new app doesn't allow for easy & quick check uploading. When I go to put the amount in it only records the first digit then switchea to take the pic and then it spins, and spins, and spins forever and never accepts the deposit. It won't let me put all the digits in. I use multiple other banking apps for my employers and have no issues with them. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

It sucks,I don't let me login,and I don't let me change the password!

The old app was 100 times more user friendly, had an awful time with old accounts transfering over wish they would have kept the old app. The new app is just a mirror image of their website, the old app would auto fill all the information for my mortgage payment, this new app does not. Also the new app makes me verify my device every other time i login even though my phone and telphone number has not changed its 2021 just very frustrating
