They closed my account with no reason. I am pretty sure there were about $950 AUD on the account, but I only received a $727.85 refund. I can't check the balance nor anything because they complete blocked me out of "my" account. If someone can provide any help, it'd be very appretiated 🙏🙏 (they're not answering my emails)

Won't let me create/verify my account. I've submitted ID twice (it was able to auto fill my data from the pics, so good quality pics) but still rejects. Time between submission/review is glacial. CS contacted about issues, got a cheery first message and that's it, now have been ghosted several days later. Way too much pain for something I don't really need. Don't waste your time. Edit: re response below, I've contacted CS repeatedly. You're no help. Clowns.

Hi there, we at Bano value security and privacy. Bano uses various databases to confirm the identity of our users. If you believe that your rejection was incorrect, please contact the Bano Customer Support on the website or in the app.

When transaction failed in EFTPOS machine, the status is pending in Bano but they took your money anyway. It is already more than 30 days. I've contacted so many times. Sometimes they reply. More times they dont. When they reply they just said someone is looking into it but noone is bother to look into it as I've heard nothing. It shouldn't be this complicated to get your money refunded. It even shows in the statement the money just dissapear without trace. Please do the needful, refund my money
