I have been a bano customer for a couple of years now and I gotta say it's not too bad. however the fact I'm only giving 3 stars due to poor customer service I had ordered a bano physical card for months and still waiting for it to be delivered and the other would be they still haven't perfected the payid feature to send money via either it be email, mobile number, which is disappointing other than that if they fix those issues up I would give 5 stars

Do not use this. Account under review and cant use my funds for days now. They are holding my funds after giving them what they have asked me for. No one to talk to and slow responds via email. Total nightmare. Update on Bano. Stay clean from bano. They hold you from your funds. They dont respond for 24hours and they dont have any other way to contact them. They are out right scammers and STAY CLEAR OF BANO. To all the people that have been scammed by them. Get word out.

They closed my account with no reason. I am pretty sure there were about $950 AUD on the account, but I only received a $727.85 refund. I can't check the balance nor anything because they complete blocked me out of "my" account. If someone can provide any help, it'd be very appretiated 🙏🙏 (they're not answering my emails)
