it's a reliable app for even early investors, very easy to use/navigate, and more complete product choices vs other platforms.

Great app! Lots of mutual funds options, more than other apps. Very easy to navigate even for newbies. Great features: product comparison, simulation, robo advisor, financial news updates (however askewed to advertorials, they've kept me updated nonetheless). And oh, payment thru Tokopedia allows me to use Gopay coins when buying goverment bonds. Definitely a double win when you can convert recehan into investment. Been using for a year without any glitches or problem.

Its customer service always using reply template as solution to non-templated issue both from phone and email. They seems forget what the purpose of Customer Service, they don't listen carefully to the real issue of the customer that facing on. So I was having OTP issue for months. And they always blame whether the number was the one that registered to Bareksa or not, whether the phone need to be restarted or not and so on blaming the things on customer side. The thing is, my phone and my number is in perfect condition that it can receive OTPs from other applications/services flawlessly.
