Terrible app and bad customer service. They don't respond, they seem like they are going to take your coins any chance. In fact, I had my account less than 4 days and I am already stuck and cannot withdraw unless I pay them over 50usd "commission" for 1 transaction. Also, I couldn't sign up with the app. Had to use the website. Poor coding..❌️🚫

It has a ton of cryptos, hard to use, harder to login. Customer support is not really there to help, but they will respond rather quickly to tell you they don't know what's going on and will get back to you later to resolve the problem. Given the volatile nature of the crypto market, anyone with experience would know not to put in more money than you expect to loose, but on this app especially so. You can be in the middle of trading and it will log you out, and/or ask for input password.
