Nordelta Island helps residents feel safer and better connected. It's as simple as pressing a button on your mobile phone to get the assistance you need: reserve your favorite space, authorize visitor access, or inform community authorities about a specific event. You can:

- Report a problem you're experiencing to community authorities. Whether it's an attempted robbery, a domestic violence situation, a health emergency, or a fire, you can press a button to inform community authorities and get assistance.

- Reserve your favorite space on the days and times you prefer. You can reserve your time slot on, for example, a soccer field.

- Authorize visitor access. You can specify the days and times you pre-authorize guests to enter your community. This will reduce access times at the gate and allow your guests to arrive faster.

- Report specific events. You can report issues such as stray dogs, speeding cars, and faulty streetlights.

You must be authorized by your residential community to use our services.

When you issue an alert, in addition to your contact information, we will include your mobile phone's GPS location so that your community's security personnel can assist you.

Our service is complementary and in no way replaces the official emergency number of the country where you reside, nor the security recommendations provided by your residential community.

The functionality of our service depends on your mobile device's signal strength, internet connection, and overall device condition. Furthermore, while location accuracy is generally very good, external conditions and factors (such as weather) can affect the precision of your location.
