Welcome to the Basement Watchdog CONNECT® mobile app. We have been protecting basements from flooding for decades! Use this app to monitor, see the status, and receive alert notifications from your Basement Watchdog CONNECT® product. This app also offers product information and product support including FAQs and other options.

In order to monitor the status of your backup sump pump, you will need to have a Basement Watchdog CONNECT® system and a Basement Watchdog CONNECT® WiFi Module linked to a Wi-Fi network. This will allow for remote monitoring of battery, power and pump activity. If a potential problem arises, the status page will display a red warning and explain the specific problem. In addition to the status page, you will be notified via email, text message, or push notification. All three notification methods can be disabled or enabled through the app.

This is the second Watchdog we have had, first lasted 14 years. This unit gives us peace of mind with all the monitoring it does and how well it relays problems to my phone. Very easy to check on the units condition from anywhere you're at, home or away. All needed info available on your phone. Great customer service too if you need any help setting up or questions.

App is good. the BW-WIFI is trash. Wifi unit will not stay connected to the wifi access point. It disconnects in 1 to 2 hours. The unit is 17' away from the AP with a signal of -45dB. That is an excellent signal. No response from Glentronics support.

Need to add a setting to adjust time to the time zone the pump is located. Last alarm time shows basement watchdog servers time not the local time. Please add this to next update. edit 12/9/18...No response from Glenntronics....Please update app so we get correct time of alarm!!
