Welcome to the Pro Series Pumps CONNECT mobile app. We have been protecting basements from flooding for decades! Use this app to monitor, see the status, and receive alert notifications from your Pro Series Pumps CONNECT product. This app also offers product information and product support including FAQs and other options.

In order to monitor the status of your backup or primary sump pump, you will need to have a Pro Series Pumps CONNECT system and a Pro Series Pumps CONNECT WiFi Module linked to a Wi-Fi network. This will allow for remote monitoring of battery, power and pump activity. If a potential problem arises, the status page will display a red warning and explain the specific problem. In addition to the status page, you will be notified via email, text message, or push notification. All three notification methods can be disabled or enabled through the app.

Ratings and reviews

The app seems to work ok, even on my Galaxy S24+. But there doesn't seem to be a way to choose which notifications you receive. I really don't need to be notified by push, text, and email that it loses its connection to the Internet every night. This is obnoxious and does not matter. I'd like to just get notifications when there's a water issue.

while yes it does work, it can take literal days for a report or update to show up in the app, or as a notification to your email. I guess that can be acceptable, if you just lost power for a little bit, but for an actual problem or issue that can be the difference between fixing an issue quickly, or thousands of dollars in damage.

Works very well, and notifies you when it detects water and if it loses it's internet connection (WiFi). Their support dept. is responsive and helpful.
