I want to unsubscribe from this app. But there is no option. I have not purchased anything. But without prior notice my bank account was debited. I do not know what to do. Bcz i have not purchased anything. I am really fed up with this. Please cancel my subscription. I am not using this app any longer. Please please i d not want to again bank debits happen..

I happened to see your app through Instagram for which I paid amount of $1 for trail period of 7days and after that $19 per month. Accordingly $1 deducted from my account and as per on screen instructions it landed me into your app but after landing on your app it is asking me to subscribe as per the monthly plan in Indian currency and I don't see my login details which was already informed when I paid $1. Please cancel my subscription immediately and there should be not be any charge of $19.

ITS MISLEADING. Useless app. Money got deducted but could not use the service. They promise to provide personalized data for learning, but they providing elementary level knowledge.
