Is there a worse app in the store? Door Dash customer service is better and that's really saying something as their service is terrible.

It's March 2026, which means this app is at least 8 years old now, and it's STILL A COMPLETE PILE OF TRASH! It logs you out at the most pressing times. It crashes frequently. If you focus away from the app, and then switch back to it, you'll find it hung. You have no choice but to kill it and launch it from scratch. And the Bluetooth functionally almost never works, just like what the other people have said. I literally have to hold up traffic at the gate every day, trying the Help screen!

This app is horrible. It hardly ever works and they update it every other week and make you update it even though it never fixes the issues. It frequently crashes. You have to disconnect Bluetooth from everything else in order for it to work. Their support services only extend to "have you tried turning it on and off again?" yes, and uninstalling and reinstalling, and resetting my password. This is the worst app on my phone and the cause of never-ending frustration.
