It's March 2026, which means this app is at least 8 years old now, and it's STILL A COMPLETE PILE OF TRASH! It logs you out at the most pressing times. It crashes frequently. If you focus away from the app, and then switch back to it, you'll find it hung. You have no choice but to kill it and launch it from scratch. And the Bluetooth functionally almost never works, just like what the other people have said. I literally have to hold up traffic at the gate every day, trying the Help screen!

I sit at the boom gate with 10 cars behind me, getting annoyed, whilst I watch the activate gate button just spin and spin. 60 seconds later it turns green. Just pathetic app.

it is terrible when I want to come in or go out. it takes years to open the gate. when I missing the invoice, I can't click to resend tax invoice.
