It's March 2026, which means this app is at least 8 years old now, and it's STILL A COMPLETE PILE OF TRASH! It logs you out at the most pressing times. It crashes frequently. If you focus away from the app, and then switch back to it, you'll find it hung. You have no choice but to kill it and launch it from scratch. And the Bluetooth functionally almost never works, just like what the other people have said. I literally have to hold up traffic at the gate every day, trying the Help screen!

Absolutely useless! Finally had an update to the booking system but still doesn't let you enter the car park. Sometimes even standing out of the car doesn't register. Nevermind having to have location, time and bluetooth set to their specifications or it has a hissy fit. Try calling can't get through. Email and deny all responsibility. If I could take away stars I would. A year later nothing has changed. Hate this app even with feedback provided, staff are useless and not helpful at all.

Useless! Developers create app that's not compatible with Android Auto or Apple Car play! Why??? You CANNOT open car parks from your car. Unless you have an old car that's got no auto connectivity it won't work. Usually takes half a dozen attempts to open the app to book a space... Then it crashes. No way of telling whether the booking is successful, which means you're trying to get back on the app but it's constantly refreshing the screen. I would have given it zero stars if I could.
