BASIC TEZ RUMMY RULES

Played by two to six players, the Tez Rummy online app is a skill-based card game that utilizes one or two decks of 52 cards, plus jokers. Each player is dealt thirteen cards. You must arrange these cards into legitimate sets and sequences to reduce your points to zero.

CARDS TERMINOLOGY

👉 Sequence: When three or more cards from the same suit are stacked one after the other.
👉Set: Three or four cards of the same rank but in different suits create a set.
👉 Joker: Any card in a set or sequence can be substituted by the Joker. A random card is chosen and used as a joker in addition to the printed one, and this card can be used similarly throughout the game. Both of the jokers receive zero points.

GAME OBJECTIVE

In Classic Rummy, the objective of Tez Rummy is to form at least one pure sequence without a Joker by arranging your cards into valid sets and sequences.

♥The J, Q, K, and A face cards are worth ten points each.
♠ Jokes have no point value in rummy.
♦ Other cards have points equal to their face value.
♣ The first player to score zero with a legitimate declaration wins this variation of Indian Rummy.
