Terrible user experience. I was given a magazine subscription as a gift. I can log in online and confirm I have access to the subscription. However in the app I cannot access any issues or articles. The app itself is very slow and chunky. I tried logging out and logging back in but I can't even load the logout page. This is on all very high-end hardware( Samsung 24 Ultra) and 1gbps internet

Upon opening the app, you're presented with an offer to subscribe for 38.99$/year (USD) for a digital subscription. By clicking the link, you get the chance to pay $53.65. My email about the discrepancy merited a condescending explanation that digital and print subs are priced differently, my return email was answered with an explanation on how to contact Apple. I wonder what they call bait and switch in the UK? In the US, we call it illegal.

The photo quality is great, and I love that I've got access to current and previous issues of Bike in my pocket. However... Whilst there is a search facility, it searches everything and there no option to search specifically for road tests on specific bikes. I can search What Car for specific car reviews and that service is free, albeit with ads. Why don't Bike offer a targeted Road Test Search facility? Do this and I'll give you five stars.
