This App does not work, and the back up is worse than useless. I needed a copy of one issue of Steam Railway for urgent access to an article, and duly uploaded the app. An email advised me the issue I bought a copy of was ready to read but it has never arrived. I wrote an email asking either for the magazine or a refund, and two weeks later - today - received a polite apologetic reply that neither uploaded the magazine nor refunded the money.

App installed successfully but won't run. It just stays on the startup screen forever. I've tried twice, on different days, with exactly the same result both times.

GREAT Magazine you are at all interested in British Heritage Steam Railways. Or even if you're just interested in currently operating steam locomotives. There isn't anything like it in the U.S. Very high quality writing.
