Seems to work for a while and then it will stop working again. I uninstall reinstall reboot the phone app still fails to respond. I can use the same email address and password and sign on using a laptop but it doesn't seem to recognize it in the app. The circle just spins and spins. No error message no fault just no connection. At least I know I can go in using Google chrome

Bay Alarm Medical is a great product. This app on the other hand needs a major overhaul. When I go to find my battery percentage of my wearable device, it takes the app about 10 minutes to load. The app doesn't really show any billing info which would help. The company gets 5 stars but the app gets 3.
