Bay Alarm Medical is a great product. This app on the other hand needs a major overhaul. When I go to find my battery percentage of my wearable device, it takes the app about 10 minutes to load. The app doesn't really show any billing info which would help. The company gets 5 stars but the app gets 3.

does not even recognize my device and I'm sitting right in front of it, says I'm offline. I did a test call and reached the call center and they got back to me immediately, there's something wrong with this app and I will be deleting it!

you have to manually update everyday to see current steps and location. the app does not do it on its own. which causes the battery to depleat very quickly. I was going to give it a 2 star but I am being nice. 😎
