The app shows zero battery and no status or mapes location after setting up. It also shows fall detection is not activated for my mom, but it shows it is activated on my brother's phone using his guest login. I have all notifications turned on but I have not received any notifications even though there have been alerts. I'm not impressed, this app seems really weak.

App used to do on screen notification when alarm activated. This was useful when wrist button pushed by mistake so I could try to cancel false alarm. edit June 2025 appears app has been updated to send an alert to the phone again!!!!!! upgrade to 5 stars

Not a great service from day 1. Offshore tech support gives canned answers, lacks follow up and device cannot give update location or updates via caregiver app. They have not fixed... not proactively escalated. Buyer beware.
