What’s new

-Change the interlinear external linking site from Bible Hub to Blue Letter Bible or BibleXika in the settings. This affects which site is opened when you tap on a Greek/Hebrew word and tap on the Strong's button in blue
-Added the english meaning above each Greek/Hebrew word when the Greek/Hebrew are turned on
-Created a setting for "Meanings" in the settings page so that you can turn it off
-Allow dragging left on a note/bookmark to expose a delete button in order to quick-delete
