it keeps asking for a password instead of my pin code. it worked fine before, but now asks for a password despite never needing it before. 16:50pm May 30th, it works now, but this is the 3rd time the issue has happened.

It just doesn't get past the white screen!!it worked perfect and all of a sudden went to sign in and when i tried logging in it kept saying contract not found and then poof all gone. Its frustrating because it doesn't matter how many times i reinstall it doesn't move past either the logo or white screen! Giving it 4 stars because it has finally started working after this latest update.

Used to work fine until I mixed up my passwords and got locked out. Thought I was gonna be allowed another try after 24 hours but that didn't happen. Emailed customer care and was instructed to reinstall and log in with given OTP. 3 days and countless tries later, I'm still here stuck on the same problem. My current location doesn't allow me access to any branch and so emails have been my only hope, even that didn't help!
