It just doesn't get past the white screen!!it worked perfect and all of a sudden went to sign in and when i tried logging in it kept saying contract not found and then poof all gone. Its frustrating because it doesn't matter how many times i reinstall it doesn't move past either the logo or white screen! Giving it 4 stars because it has finally started working after this latest update.

Used to work fine until I mixed up my passwords and got locked out. Thought I was gonna be allowed another try after 24 hours but that didn't happen. Emailed customer care and was instructed to reinstall and log in with given OTP. 3 days and countless tries later, I'm still here stuck on the same problem. My current location doesn't allow me access to any branch and so emails have been my only hope, even that didn't help!

I'm new to online banking and had downloaded another local banks app. It is so frustrating to use I thought I'd try Bred Bank App as we are far from any branch! It is amazing... Can see the transactions for our joint account and my personal, pay our utilities and transfer money between the 2 accounts! If I'd know online banking could be so simple I'd have done it several years ago! Thank you Bred Bank for a well thought out App.
