good app for a great hotel chain. we love the fact that they are pet friendly and have 24h check in. it's also great that you can check in on the app in a lot of cases, so you have your door code before you arrive. always have a great breakfast as well!

Good app with major glitches. It has a button to store your payment card for future use. It doesn't work. I tried to take a payment for a property through the website (not the app)and there was some kind of error, which caused it to say your payment card is not authorised. Thereafter, every attempt in the app with any card has the same message "have you entered all the correct details?" I can't make any reservation in the app because of this.
