As many others have stated, this app does not recognize the Ultimate 2 controller. I tried pairing it in the Bluetooth settings beforehand, forgetting it and just having it in pairing mode with the app open, and tried with a USB cable. Nothing works. It simply never sees the controller. Your lack of responses to any of these reviews is concerning. Otherwise, it's a great controller. That said, I don't use Windows on any of my computers, so this is a bit of a problem for me.

If you want to customize a Ultimate controller, this app will let you do it. If you want to update your 8BitDo controller, this app is worthless. I don't use Windows anymore and MacOS has been a non starter for me since 2009. I contacted the company about a Linux version of the updater but their response was pathetic at best. I now have a Ultimate 2 controller I can't use. Thanks 8BitDo. I'll never support you again. I should have bought another Switch 2 Pro controller instead.

Make a Ultimate 2 Wireless Software friendly version incl. all settings just like the windows version. Since you are marketing a multiplatform support ensure you deliver all correctly. Use a good tech stack. I bought all the 8bitdo accessories incl. the bag and the clip with some other accessories to protect but the android software dismayed me since I have to keep doing the turbo mode and auto turbo mode which is hassle unlike macros and I lose the opportunity to have the motion control.
