I couldn't believe that the app of a popular brand is horrible. I have just downloaded it and start to purchase to add to my cart but after the 1st item, it couldn't add the next item to my cart. Keep lagging only and couldn't proceed further*. Very bad experience. How come you responded to others that the problem has been fixed but I just experienced the same issue with your app now.

very slow app , too many glitches, keeps asking to link aura account again and again, even after confirming details.

The app has been working well until about 3 days ago. After the opening video ends, a message says "Please update Bath & Body Works. We have made a few important updates to the BATH & BODY WORKS App and the current version of this app is no longer supported. Please update your app, to enjoy shopping with us." And I get the icon to update. I press on update and I get shifted to app store but there's no update option there. I tried reinstalling it but it's not working.
