It worked when I first used it, but a second cloud phone I purchased does not. It has been 10 days as of this review and support has not gotten back to me neither through my email or my in-app support ticket. Considering the game I purchased these plans for is heavily time-based and requires permanent runtime, this is a quite significant issue. If you're lucky enough to get a functional device though, there are no complaints. It works great when it does work.

this cloud phone has a huge bug.crome is crashing and also playstor is crashing.I can't download any apk files on it.

Extremely disappointed with this cloud phone. Whenever I try to download any file or APK, the download freezes at 100% and never completes. If I switch apps or go to the home screen, all downloaded files automatically get deleted. The virtual storage system is completely broken and Chrome keeps crashing downloads in the background. Waste of time and effort. Needs immediate bug fixes! 😡😡🤬
