Just helps you find a provider and it's not even good at that. Somehow defaults to California even if you put in a city and state. Works by zip code though. Doesn't list all the providers so it's useless. No claims information. I expect better from BCBS. Also, if you leave the app and come back, it'll log you out every time, even if you left for just a second.

I just installed it and when it opens it tells me I need to update the latest version which there isn't anything newer. Selecting OK or CANCEL closes the app or brings up the app in Google Play depending on what you select.

In my experience, I could not find a single provider anywhere in the US, no matter the zip code entered. In every search I ran, the map tokk me to San Francisco (where there are no providers, either).
