I cannot logon to the website at all so I am forced to use the app, and it is hit or miss. Yesterday I tried several times yesterday to submit a claim on the app and got an error message every time. Today, 23 Dec, the app let's me logon but says I don't have coverage (I do). I have had trouble logging on for two weeks. How can both the website and app be this bad?

The app constantly crashes. Everytime you click on benefits and click on a covered person's name, the app crashes and closes. What's the use of having an app if it's not going to serve it's purpose

The sign-in is impossible, just like the website. I have literally been on the phone with rep, they confirm my password change, and still cannot sign in. It is the only app/website I have this issue with, it's junk.
