Not very user friendly None of the info ever fits in the screen so you have to search and move the screen around to find what you are looking for. If I could zoom out that would help but I cant. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I can make a payment after a little effort and don't have to get paper statements.
FL Blue needs to fire their IT dept. Every time I use the app it takes me on a tour. Searches suck, filters don't work and when I click on "show more" button it will take me back to the top. I love the co. but they need to fire everyone in their IT dept.
Why? Why are you making it so hard to pay my bill? Don't want my money? Should be simple. Select payment type and put in card info! This "vault" crap has to go!
Someone call the Pest Control! This app is very bugged out. Doesnt allow much to be done regarding basic policy requirements like payment, locating a doctor, filing a claim.... ORKIN PLEASE!
Why are you making it impossible to pay bills? Pretty easy fix. Step 1. Select payment type Step 2.enter card info Step 3. Payed send conformation number. I need a new insurance company.
Crashes every time I like that i can still see my claims and what my cost is before my bill comes in but i cant pay my premium.... and of course, seeing my claims are dependent upon the app actually staying open and not crashing....
