Terrible app. The forms you can download do not download as PDFs, so every form says it can't be opened because it's corrupted. I've tried converting the files into different forms and Word states these PDFs are password protected. If you look at payment dates, they all say "Invalid Date." Have I made a payment on a certain date? Who knows! The worst thing about the app is the fact that there is no tech support to help with these things. Absolute garbage.

The WORST app if you're outside FL. This is the only insurance option thru my employer and the out-of-state search function is ENTIRELY USELESS! You have to accept the terms & conditions before looking for services outside of FL (it basically states they can't guarantee any information provided) and they're not wrong! Every single doctor "covered" is no longer at the locations they have listed. I have NO CLUE who can actually provide PC or is in-network. Now I owe $100 to my OG PCP. Steer clear!

Having to scroll all the way back to put your birthday it's super stupid. Also, trying to change your password it's impossible. Emails take long enough and when you put the code, it's already expired. A total waste of time. I wish I can rate it 0. Changing my insurance in November for sure.
