Terrible app. The forms you can download do not download as PDFs, so every form says it can't be opened because it's corrupted. I've tried converting the files into different forms and Word states these PDFs are password protected. If you look at payment dates, they all say "Invalid Date." Have I made a payment on a certain date? Who knows! The worst thing about the app is the fact that there is no tech support to help with these things. Absolute garbage.

The worst. At set up I put in my biometric identifiers so that I would not have to remember my username and login every time. Every single time I go to log into the app, it scans my thumbprint, a green check mark pops up, and then it proceeds to take me to the website login page. What is the point of the app if I am going to have to go to the web page to log in every single time? I have had to reset my password and username multiple times. It's extremely frustrating.

The app itself seems nice, if it worked. It constantly crashes, it is slow as can be, you can't make payments because it crashes you can't look at your invoices because it crashes and it's been doing this for quite a while now. So in theory it's a wonderful app but in practice it might as well not even exist. Update almost a year later and it's still slow and now half the time doesn't even open to something that you can use. You have to close and reopen the app two or three times.
