Like the others, idk what I expected with such a low rating. I already have an account with BCBS of LA via the website and the app is not taking my login info. I've already triple checked my info and entered it correctly. And I've reinstalled the app, so I know it's not me. Uninstalled until this gets updated/fixed.

Terrible! Difficult to understand and navigate. No easy place to see overall status in terms of deductible and out of pocket status.

meh, it's kinda tricky to use. multiple redirects to different pages. and prescription pricing isn't accurate
