Went to find a doctor, filled in the fields, used zip code in location search. "Please fix the highlighted field". Nothing is highlighted and information is correct. This is a simple zip code lookup. If you're not giving the developers the time and resources they need to code something that basic, there's a problem with management and their expectations.

This app does has never worked. Opened it, page frozen. Unable to choose any options. Then on its own or by magic it switched to the website which is in no way user friendly. I must say this far. BCBSLA is the worse insurance and app for health I have ever used. Will it be fixed?!? I doubt it. Better find yourselves some Pharmacy benefits to supplement.

I cannot use App. I get a message saying my version of android is no longer compatible. My phone is not outdated and it has the the most recent update software. App/site is not helpful. I used to be able to at least get in and view a few things, but now i cannot even get in.
