App refuses to log in, BCBS refuses to send us cards because they want us to use the BROKEN app. As much as they make, they should pay for decent app development. Garbage.

The app doesn't work . I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and forces close on start up. I've always used this app but it stopped working 3 months ago. The last update was June 26, 2018.... now its Dec 2018. Please update the app so I can use it again. Thanks

Worked beautifully up until a few weeks ago. Loved the convenience of being able to log in biometrically and instantly see my claims and other info. Now, I am just instantly kicked out and the app crashes. Very disappointing.
