Not even usable. I had to use desktop to log in the first time and even after that the app will not let me log in. I input username and password then the verification code and it gives me an error that it cannot show this page. then it immediately sends me back to the login page to do it all over again.

The app keeps crashing and giving me a message that says it has a bug and I need to update the app after the company fixes the error. Problem is, it isn't being fixed!

tells me my prefix is wrong when I can clearly see it on my card. also says prefix is optional but requires it to retrieve information
