This app keeps crashing when I go to select a provider under your care team. After it makes me log back in, it says there is a bug. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times... How long until this is fixed? It's been over a month... I just emailed the support team. I guess we will see how long it takes then to reply

Not even usable. I had to use desktop to log in the first time and even after that the app will not let me log in. I input username and password then the verification code and it gives me an error that it cannot show this page. then it immediately sends me back to the login page to do it all over again.
