tells me my prefix is wrong when I can clearly see it on my card. also says prefix is optional but requires it to retrieve information

can't even log in to my account, absolutely broken app. how the hell am I supposed to get my online insurance card.

Does not work. I created my account and got my information for my insurance. But when I tried to log back in about a week later, it said login information was wrong. Tried to get my login information retrieved and it does not send an email even though it says it did.
