I have been trying to open an account through the UCB Bank's uClick app for the past month, but the app doesn't even open. I have also called their customer care, but there's no response I didn’t expect this kind of experience from such a reputed company !

Totally useless app. I attempted to open a savings account. I completed all the steps and at last the app shows unknown error and all my data was lost. It wasted my whole process and time.

Assalamualaikum! Good Morning 🌿🌄 As a regular customer of UCB, I am making a request that the option to give RM to UCB employees while opening an account with ULICK apps should be quickly introduced in UCLICK apps. By doing this, a customer can open the account whenever he wants or with the RM of whoever he likes.
